The rod you build specially for the ‘Barbel’. works like you can't believe. We got 28 ‘Barbel’ and the heaviest was the one on the photo (28kg's). December I'll be in Henties again and surely must I get the same just to make sure all the guys here stays yellow, because nobody can get the same rod in RSA with all the qualities that this rod has. Check the action of the rod and surely the backbone is unbelievable.

You can be proud for building a rod with such a lot of good features. All I want to say is that there is no comparison for the mentioned rod currently available south of the equator. Well done and don't stop building fishing rods.

The rod is very well balanced and the action is very smooth.

Now for the results. The best distance was 171 meters with my Excalibur rod!!!!!! - An incredible improvement of 40 meters on my previous best.
