A well established lodge in northern Zambia, where access to fish is almost immediately after you have left the pontoon. The deep waters offer Nile Perch and Tigerfish in good numbers, with the added bonus of the occasional Goliath Tigerfish.

The Nile Perch and Tigerfish need no introduction, but the ‘Goliath’ is the subject of most fresh water anglers dreams – or nightmares.

The giant cousin of the Tigerfish that can attain weights approaching 50 kg, is found usually in the rivers of the Congo Basin; is also found in some numbers near this lodge. Though as with all apex predators, there is never a guarantee on catching one of these most sought after monsters.

The remote location, and the cost of access does rather make this an exclusive holiday – perhaps the dream of a lifetime.
