The northern borders of Namibia are defined by some of the most outstanding Tigerfish rivers in the whole of Africa, the Okavango, Chobe and Zambezi.

Here we use some of the most scenic lodges and seasonally change locations according to the best fishing on each river.

The ferocity of the Tigerfish needs no introduction, but the rather less well known Nembwe can only really be compared to the Peacock Bass of South America, a seriously hard fighter, that has a strong will for freedom.

Fishing is mostly from boats, trolling, spinning or using baits, though at times fly fishing can be a serious form of personal punishment.

Best seasons are usually periods after the floods and heavy rains. April to November or December, dependant on the start of the rainy season.

Tours can start anywhere in Namibia, and will be to locations effected by seasonal fishing.
